After having your breakfast we pick you up and start our day trip towards Rissani, then to Erfoud city, and then back to Merzouga Sahara Desert.

This day trip is recommended to have it on Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday. Why? Simply because these are the day markets in Rissani and it is more interesting to visit on these days. Rissani is the second oldest town in Morocco after Fes and it is the capital of Nomads.

So, we will have some time to explore the city of Rissani and have a walk through its streets to see the local lifestyle and its authentic and typical Souk.

The town has the biggest market (Souk) in the region, where all the surrounding area’s people go to get their life’s requirements. After so, we head to Erfoud city which is the capital of Fossils and dates in Morocco.

After having lunch we drive back to Merzouga Sahara Desert and visit an oasis before we go for accommodation.
