Along with Meknes, Fez, and Marrakech, we are going also to Rabat, the current capital of Morocco which is also one of the Imperial Cities. In addition, the stunning blue city of Chefchaouen and the Rif Mountains are also on our vacation. Our 9 days-journey will take us to the Moroccan Sahara Desert, where you are going to spend a night in deep Erg Chebbi sand dunes and witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world. The hollywood’s favorite filming spot, Ait Ben Haddou is another stop on our nine-days itinerary. Ait Ben Haddou is a popular location for Hollywoods movies, and amazing Moroccan clay architecture.

Amazing 9 days tour from Rabat to Marrakech through Sahara Desert
Day 1: Rabat:
Upon your arrival at Rabat Airport, you will be welcomed by a member of our team, and then you will be transferred to your accommodation..
Day 2: Rabat – Rif Mountains – Chefchaouen (blu town):
After your fabulous breakfast in your Riad we will drive to Chefchaouen via the Rif Mountains. We will arrive to Chefchaouen in the afternoon, and then you will have free time to visit this beautiful town. You are going to enjoy a walk to explore the white and blue washed walls of the medina, and where you are going to take some beautiful pictures. Overnight in your Riad.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Ouazzan – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes:
After your tasty breakfast in your Riad, our journey starts towards Volubilis crossing via Ouazzan and other Rif’s villages. In Volubilis we will discover the Roman ruins and we learn about the Moroocan history, then we will drive to Meknes city (the 17th century heritage and a UNESCO world heritage site) where we will stop for lunch and we will discover the historical walls of Medina, Bab el Mansour, Bad Lekhmiss and we will enjoy a visit of Moulay Ismail shrine. Later in the afternoon we head to Fes city where we will spend the night.
Day 4: Fes sightseeing tour:
After your breakfast as a habit, we will start exploring Fes as one of oldest cities in Morocco with narrow alleys. This starts firstly by visiting the Royal Palace gate and the Jewish headquarter, the first Mellah ever that was built in Morocco during the 16th century. Next, we see the famous Al Qaraouine University, tanneries, the Attarine museum and Moulay Idriss mausoleum. Afterwards, you will visit the tiles fabrication and will experience a wonderful panoramic view overlooking the whole Medina of Fes. Overnight in your Riad.
Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga Sahara Desert:
After the check out, we will go towards Ifrane (called small Switzerland of Morocco). The area is well known for its abundant wildlife like wild boars and Barbary Apes, etc. Then we will continue to Merzouga Sahara Desert through the fascinating views like Ziz Gorges, Ziz valley with dates palm trees and Erfoud as the capital of fossils and dates. Arrive to Merzouga where to change the car for camels and go on camel ride experience for a nice overnight in a desert camp.
Day 6: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate:
After breakfast as usual, we will start our journey towards Ouarzazate passing through Rissani, traditional system of irrigation that is locally called Khettara, Todra gorges, the valley of Todra and Todra Gorges where to have a pause for a walk. After so, we go ahead through Dades and Rose Valley to Ouarzazate where we can see Taourirt Kasbah before we check in to the hotel.
Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi N Ticha (High Atlas Mountains) – Marrakesh:
After leaving hotel, we will head for Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is registered to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Next, it is to Marrakesh passing through the point of 2260 m altitude. Arrive to Marrakech.
Day 8: Marrakech sightseeing tour:
This starts with the local guide for exploring Bahia balace, Saadian tombs, Marrakech museum, Koutoubia mosque, etc..
Day 9: Marrakech – Transfer to the Airport
Upon your flight time, we will take you to the Airport. Your Morocco tour ends here and our service as well.
